WELLNESS VIP MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

To join the VIP membership, a credit card will be left on file with All Health Wellness. Membership is $100 per month and is charged on the 1st of each month. Once you are charged for your first $100 you are entitled to all of the membership benefits right away. 

You can cancel at any time. Please try to give notice as soon as possible prior to the 1st of the next month. Once the 1st of the month occurs, you will be charged another $100 for that following month. There will be no refunds if you do not cancel prior to the 1st.

No. Your membership perks can only be used by you and are not transferrable to anyone else

Your membership starts immediately once you sign up regardless of the date. Once the upcoming 1st of the month comes you will be charged again $100, each month on the 1st of the consecutive month

Our membership provides discounted services and perks all the time. If you take advantage of our membership even for one month, your perks are worth more than $100 (2 free VITAMIN injections per month- mix and match).

You are entitled to the highest discount through our company. If All Health Wellness runs a promotion, you will receive the highest discount automatically. 

Yes. All procedures are 10% off. You will be entitled to 10% off of a single procedure or 10% off a purchased bundle 

Each membership term is 12 months and your credit card on file is automatically charged monthly. Your membership renews annually on your sign-up date unless canceled
